The Client:  A young Manhattan Beach family on 21st Street.

The Scope:  Transform a 1960′s beach cottage into a new modern beach home.

The Players:  Renowned local architect David Watson, Titan & Co team

The Process:  A complete Manhattan Beach Custom Home Remodel.  Deconstruct the existing residence and add on a new second story.   Every square inch of this home was remodeled.  We worked with David Watson to create a functional and visually stunning design within the parameters of the lot and in keeping with some of the original homes layout to preserve the value.

The Result:  The completed Manhattan Beach custom remodel now has 5 bedrooms, 3 ½ bathrooms, separate laundry, family room, great room and start of the art kitchen.  The private master suite has bifolding doors that lead onto a private balcony.  Incorporating various design styles from farmhouses and beach cottages this modern version of life at the beach has been created for a loving family.
