For those clients that have already hire an architect we can assist with preliminary budgeting and consulting throughout the design process to ensue the clients expectations are managed leading up to issuance of the building permit and then into construction.

Interior Design and Decorating: We provide assistance with selecting and contracting interior designers and interior decorators that assist with spatial planning, material and product selection and specification, design detailing, furnishings, etc.
Architecture and Planning: We provide assistance with selecting and contracting architects and designers that provide conceptual design, planning, schematic drawings, construction drawings and design development drawings.
Engineering and Surveying: We provide assistance with selecting and contracting structural and mechanical engineers for various projects depending the requirements.
Estimating and Value Engineering: We provide assistance with estimating projects at various stages of the project to ensure that budgets are being managed and expectations are being made so that projects are able to be built after plans are complete.
City Planning and Permitting: We provide assistance with submitting and processing plans and designs through the various agencies to ensure that projects are compliant with the current code and zoning requirements.
While Titan & Co. focus primarily on design building services in Manhattan Beach we also work in surrounding South Bay and surrounding areas.
