It is one thing to take on a large remodeling project, and at completion step back and take great pride in the work you did. It is entirely another thing, and an incredible honor when your work is featured in Interiors Magazine.
A grand Hollywood Hills remodeling project. This 2,200 square foot house had the layout and possibility for indoor/outdoor living. A frequent entertainer, homeowner Thomas Lavin had big hopes for this 1958 Hollywood Hills home. San Francisco Designer Garry Hutton took on the task. “While the original floor plan worked well, the team took the house down virtually to its studs, installing concrete floors, adding windows and French doors, removing walls and designing a new kitchen and baths.” View the work and read the full article here.
