Jeremy Henson Jeremy brings over 10 years of building experience to the table. In the beginning of his career, he focused on designing custom hardscape projects in upscale New England neighborhoods. From there, Jeremy relocated to California to continue this interest in landscape and hardscape design and construction when he realized he had an interest in building larger projects and working with homeowners to fulfill constructing their dream home. Jeremy became a building apprentice in 2001 with a general contractor in the South Bay of Los Angeles. In this capacity, he was responsible for all aspects of the building process; from planning the project with architects, to framing, and continuing through to the plumbing, wiring, and finish work. After working for many years with this firm, in 2007 Jeremy joined a well-known Los Angeles builder whose specialty is building custom homes for many high profile and high net worth homeowners. Jeremy served in the capacity of production manager and worked with project managers and homeowners on scheduling to fit their timelines, helping with detailed cosmetic decisions, as well as taking a hands-on approach when complex issues would arise. Jeremy is now the founding and partnering President at Titan & Co. Jeremy focuses his day on the oversight of construction projects ranging from minor updates to multi-million dollar custom homes and development projects. Matt Armato Driven by his passion for architecture and design Matt chose a career in design build construction management and development to implement his creative and analytic talents developed over decades of extensive world travel, appreciation for fine wine and cuisine, and appreciation of one of kind works of art. Matt’s dedication to creating and building distinctive projects for his clients has produced numerous noteworthy spaces ranging from contemporary and transitional kitchens and bathrooms to custom Mediterranean and traditional estate developments. Matt graduated from the University of California Los Angeles (2000) as a three time NCAA water polo champion with a B.A. degree in Urban Geography and Business Administration. Following his collegiate career, he played professional water polo in Europe where he was able to travel extensively, coached the men’s water polo team at UCLA (2001-2004), interned with Heller Holdings (2003-2004); a real estate development company, and partnered with Plaskoff Construction ( 2004-2010) prior to opening Titan & Co. Matt is now the founding and partnering President at Titan & Co. Matt focuses his day on managing the design build process, creating new relationships with business partners, and looking for new projects for Titan’s expanding business. Matt is dedicated to his loving family, enjoys traveling, cooking for his friends and family, and playing golf when he’s not building the latest Titan project. Contact Matt Armato |
